Research On Safety Risk Management Of H Company Elevator Installation Project

Elevators are special equipment that people often use in daily life.Now they have been popularized all over the country.Elevators provide great convenience for people's travel.However,there are many safety risks in the installation process of elevators.These safety risks are likely to cause all kinds of safety accidents and installation engineering losses,affect the smooth progress of elevator installation projects and pose a threat to the lives of workers and residents.China's elevator production has steadily increased,the annual number of installation is huge,and various elevator accidents have continued to put forward higher requirements for the safety management of elevator installation projects.To ensure the safety of the installation process,reduce the number of safety accidents,improve the installation efficiency,improve the installation quality of elevators,the safety management research of elevator installation projects has become an urgent problem for various elevator companies.This paper firstly summarizes the related theories of elevator installation engineering safety management,hazard source and risk management.Combining relevant theories,taking H company elevator installation project as an example,introduces the current situation of H company elevator installation project and the elevator installation engineering.The analysis of safety risks includes four aspects,namely,high altitude fall,mechanical injury,electric shock accident and object impact risk,and analyzes the causes of these risks,including unsafe operating behavior and environmental unsafe conditions.Using the project safety risk assessment method,mainly the LEC evaluation method,analyze all the risk factors in the elevator installation process of the H company,and display the data of the main risks,and propose a plan to reduce the risk through relevant knowledge.This paper hopes to improve the safety risk management level of H company elevator installation project,standardize the safety management work,reduce the safety accidents occurred during the elevator installation process,and improve the installation rate.Form a set of general methods that can be applied to other elevator installation projects,and provide reference for elevator installation work in China.
