Research On Management Application Of Tianjin Intelligent Public Transportation System

Establishing a scientific and intelligent public transportation managementsystem, showing the advantages of modern technology methods to improvemanagement efficiency, saving labor and operating costs to achieve sustainabledevelopment, all above questions are needed to be solved for the modernization ofpublic transport enterprise management.Firstly, this thesis discussed the construction of Tianjin intelligent publictransportation system management applications and research, including thebackground and significance of the study; Secondly, the basic theory of intelligentpublic transportation companies is elaborated and the original management systemof public transportation group in Tianjin is analyzed; Thirdly, for the main issues ofTianjin public Transport Group’s operation and management and the problems ofintelligent public transportation system construction, a new scheme of Tianjinintelligent public transport system is built; Finally, this new scheme is evaluated.By grasping the production characteristics of public transport companies,analyzing the organizational structure, administrative structure and operationsorganizational structure of transport enterprises in Tianjin, defines the drawbacks ofcurrent bus companies in operations management, scheduling and statistics. UsingGPS systems and GIS building systems, Tianjin public Transport Group is regardedas the practice subject of intelligent public transport systems, finally, the Tianjinpublic Transport Group ’s intelligent public transportation system construction andmanagement applications is designed, intelligent operational management mode isbuilt. It provides a good reference value to other cities building intelligent publictransport system.
