Human health was closely related with the air quality of home environmental. Indoor air afterair filter could not only guarantee the quality of home environment, but also to build a cleaner, forhuman health and comfortable living environment. This paper,which comes from12five-yearplan",studied the air filter material quality factor, it aimed to increase the amount of dust filtermaterial for prolong the life of filter material; Optimizing purification device of airfloworganization to reduced device resistance and noise and to achieve domestic purification of lowresistance, high efficiency, long life. Study on the matching relationship between PM2.5mobilehousehold cleaning device and the purification effect of home environment, to provide scientificguidance for the use of home purification device.First of all, we tested the Shanghai actual concentration and particle of PMXin differentseasons, founded that ranked of AQI and PM2.5concentration was winter> autumn> spring>summer. Further analysis of particulate pollutants with seasonal changes, temperature played aleading role in determining atmospheric pollutants diffusion. Therefore, especially in the coldseason it was necessary in the filtration of the living environment, in order to ensure a clean andhealthy living environment.Commonly used glass fiber filter paper and the electret air filtration material were chosen forthe experimental study. Tests were carried out to study the filtration characteristics and then TEMand aperture tests were conducted. Results show: under different filtration velocity, the filtrationefficiency of electret filter material for PM2.5was higher than that of the glass fiber filter paperwhile the filtration resistance showed an opposite regularity; after washing by distilled water, thefiltration efficiency of electret filter material for particulate matter was decreased and electrostaticeffect of electret filtration material was found to be unstable; through the TEM test it was foundthat the fiber layer of glass fiber filter paper was of compact configuration and there was fracturephenomenon on the fiber, while electret filtration material was fluffy and there was no fiberbreakage;aperture test showed that the average aperture of electret filtration material was11.9to14.7times that of the glass fiber filter paper, so the electret filtration material was of better airpermeability and dust capacity.In order to explore the relationship between buildings and purification device, weinvestigated the market air purifier, and through the numerical simulation analysis of therelationship between the five different airflow organization form of air purification equipment and indoor air quality. And the simulation made a quantitative analysis of flow field in purifyingdevice. Calculating the relation of breathing zone plane was: the down-inlet and side-outlet>theup-inlet and side-outlet>the side-inlet and up-outlet>the up-side-inlet and up-outlet>thefront-inlet and back-outle.Mobile domestic purifier purifying effect and Home Furnishing environment, put forward therelationship between indoor air purification device with circulating air ratio, the different capacityand different ratio of air purifier room. The indoor PM2.5concentration with time attenuationrelationship of power function, and further to fit different filtration velocity under the indoor PM2.5concentration and purification of the relation of time. The experimental results show that: HomeFurnishing environment with mobile air purifier of particles in a purification efficiency is low, theCADR value should be based on the air purifier air purifier provided that the amount of clean airpurification ability of the air purifier as the index. Air purification device can quickly reduce theconcentration of indoor particulate matter, reduce the standard of indoor air particulate matter inindoor time, good health.
