With the improvement of living standards,the health and safety of domestic drinking water has been widely concerned in recent years.The conventional treatment process used in our waterworks can not meet the demand of cons?mers for direct drinking,and the water supply is easily caused by secondary pollution after some years of disrepair of municipal pipeline transportation.Most Chinese residents use large barrels of pure water to drink,but the use of large barrels of water is not convenient,so household water purifiers have attracted more and more attention.The household water purifier consists of filter elements of different materials and processes,each filter element has its specific pollutant removal effect.At present,there is little research on the purification efficiency of single filter element.This paper analyzes the detection situation by studying the existing water purification industry standards at home and abroad.pp cotton filter,activated carbon filter and reverse osmosis filter are studied in household water purifier.The purification efficiency of filter is observed by changing the working environment and influent concentration of filter.Three kinds of pp cotton filter elements with 5 ?m were used,and the density from large to small was a?b?c;.The standard solution with turbidity of 15 ntu was used 0.3 mpa pressure through three kinds of pp cotton filter elements.The particle size of pp cotton filter was 90.4%,83.58% and 81.49% respectively.The particle size of the three kinds of filter elements was less than 5 ?m.The average particle size a the smallest filter element,followed by the b filter element and finally the c filter element.The initial purification efficiency of a filter element is the highest in terms of the change of purification efficiency with net water,and its initial purification efficiency reaches 94%,followed by b filter element reaching 92%,c the initial purification efficiency of filter element is the lowest.With the increase of the amount of water purification,the purification efficiency of the three pp filters shows a downward trend,and the decay rate b the filter a and the filter element is slower than that of the c filter element,and the filter element first reaches the scrap state.At the same time,the relationship between flow rate and purification efficiency is found,which is helpful for cons?mers to purchase pp filter elements with better quality and replace them in time.Through adjusting the equipment booster p?mp and controlling the flow rate at 25 mL/s-55mL/s,it is found that the clean water flow rate of activated carbon filter can be maintained at about 35 mL/s,which can guarantee both purification efficiency and water production speed.After 6 m3,the purification efficiency of the three filter elements was reduced to 33%,50% and 45% respectively,and then the durability analysis of the three specifications of activated carbon filter elements was carried out respectively.Finally,the variable test of reverse osmosis filter element in domestic water purifier was carried out.By changing the influent water temperature,influent pressure,influent concentration and recovery rate of raw water,it was found that the influent temperature could change the water flow rate of reverse osmosis filter element,warm up and water rate quickened,which explained the reason that the water of domestic reverse osmosis water purification mechanism was slower than that of s?mmer water.It was suggested that the influent water temperature of domestic reverse osmosis water purifier should be maintained at 15-30?.by setting the influent lead ion concentration to 0.2 mg/l?0.3mg/l?0.4mg/l?0.5mg/l?1mg/l?1.5mg/l?2mg/l respectively through the reverse osmosis filter element,it is found that both the water purification speed and the purification efficiency show a decreasing trend.By changing the influent pressure to investigate the purification effect of the reverse osmosis filter core,it is obtained that the increase of the influent pressure will increase the net pressure of the reverse osmosis membrane,and the water production will also increase,generally speaking,the influent pressure of the reverse osmosis filter core of the household water purifier is maintained at 0.4-0.5 mpa the best.Through the experimental research,we hope to promote the development of household water purifier industry.
