With the sustained growth of the world’s population and rapid development of theeconomy, conventional energy is more and more cannot satisfy the need of humanproduction and living,the oil and natural gas are the resource of the not students,the seriouspollution,the global climate warming,melting glaciers,rising sea levels in the process ofusing.The emergence of new energy is helpful for the alleviate of the above problems,thehuman being put more and more attention on the solar energy compared with several newenergy,it has the advantages of rich in energy, widely distributed, no pollution,regenerating,so the solar power become one of the fastest growing technologies of the newenergy,But it is difficult to collect,and exist in the density low,and easily affected byenvironmental factors,so how to use of solar energy resources more efficiently becomesthe problem of the world focusing on,at present, the photovoltaic power station is the mostwidely used form.The subassemblies of photovoltaic power station are mostly installed ata fix angle, which puts a big limitation on the increase of generated energy,although mostof the installation Angle for the best Angle,not tracking with the change of theenvironment, so it put a large extent restricted on the whole efficiency of thephotovoltaic power station.In order to increase the overall generated energy, the paperproposes the application of double-axis tracking system in photovoltaic power station.This system uses the trace mode of combining time-control method and feedbackcorrection method, at first, the solar altitude angle and azimuth angle is obtained byastronomical calculation,then correction through the feedback of the angleinclinometer,considering the different change rule of azimuth angle and height angle in theday, using the tracking method of different time periods and different step trackingmode;the combination of Master-slave CPU to implementate centralized and decentralizedcontrol,the main controller complete centralized control under a special weather and theslave controller worked based on information were collected by signal acquisition module,the slave controller complete azimuth angle and height angle,the tracking controland collect operation data and output data under normal circumstances; the communicationmode of Industrial Ethernet and Industrial wireless communication.The communicationbetween main controller and the upper machine, each of the slave controller with IndustrialEthernet,Industrial wireless communication is used to communicate Master-slave CPU,theway make the solution of communication more flexible and easy to expand the capacity ofthe whole system,reducing the early construction and later maintenance greatly. Thetheoretical analysis and design show that this method can ensure the maximum generatingefficiency and reduce the energy consumption at the same time, which is easy to itsapplication in power station.
