Solar photovoltaic power generation is an important form of human use of solar energy.The industry mainly uses crystalline silicon and amorphous silicon cells to convert solar energy directly into electrical energy through the photovoltaic effect.In the process of the construction of the photovoltaic power station,the need to match the design photovoltaic devices,and to optimize the design of the photovoltaic array configuration and tracking strategy,in order to achieve the ideal power generation and power generation efficiency,so as to realize shorten payback period and maximum power plant capacity in whole life cycle,the purpose of to reasonable construction and economic operation of the photovoltaic power station has important research significance and value.In this paper,a large leader photovoltaic power station as the research object,the main contents are as follows:(1)Analysis and Evaluation of a Large-scale Leader PV Power Station Site.According to the design requirements of a large-scale leading photovoltaic power station,the solar energy resource and meteorological conditions of the power station construction address are evaluated,and the influence of special weather on the power generation of the photovoltaic power station is analyzed and optimized.Finally,the regional stability and geotechnical conditions of the engineering site are analyzed and evaluated.The conclusion is that the construction of large-scale photovoltaic power stations can be carried out in the planning area.(2)Research on the power generation efficiency of PERC two-sided photovoltaic module.Through the analysis of the principle,characteristics and advantages of PERC technology,the effect of PERC two-sided component on power generation of power station is studied.The results of the study indicate that the use of fixed brackets for the installation of two-sided components can increase power generation by 10.2%,and flat-axis tracking systems with two-sided components can increase power generation by 9.3%.(3)Research on the Effect of Tracking System on Power Generation of Photovoltaic Power Station.The advantages and disadvantages of the fixed and tracking systems were analyzed.The PVsyst software was used to simulate the double-sided module + flat single-axis tracking photovoltaic system.The influence of the photovoltaic tracking system on the power generation was studied.The results showed that PERC single-crystal two-sided assemblies were used.Under the same installation conditions(shaft spacing is 9m,and the lowest point of the support is not 2.5m above the ground),the annual power generation of the flat single-axis tracking system can be increased by 12.4% compared with the fixed installation.(4)Combination with the engineering practice,to a large leading photovoltaic power station has carried on the overall design,determine the selection of photovoltaic solar panels,photovoltaic panels in series and in parallel,through simulation to calculate the system efficiency is 86.23%,25 power generating capacity is 9.5498 billion kW,h,average annual capacity of 381.992 million kW,h.The design of the electrical part is mainly to determine the selection and layout of the grid-connection mode,inverter,junction box and other equipment,as well as the design of the main electrical wiring mode,lightning protection,grounding protection and overvoltage protection.Finally,the overall planar layout of the photovoltaic power station is carried out,and the optimal installation and arrangement of photovoltaic panels and the efficient layout of pv square array are designed.
