Design and devolopment relay combined with simulation software of electromagneticfiled,can research and analyze the reality electromagnetic system intuitively andeffectively,enhance the efficiency of product design and improvement.When relayworking,some failure will prevent it normal release,research the influence of remanence onrelay release failure can improve the it’s reliability. In this paper,Ansoft Maxwell3D wasused to study and stimulate the static and dynamic characteristics of clap-typeelectromagnetical relay,main study are as following:In this paper,we model the3D clap-type relay,compute the static characteristic,thenget the magnetic vector density chart and cloud chart of electromagnetic system,discuss thesituation with static and anti-static suction.Simulate the suction process of ACrelay,considering the influence on the voltage amplitude,the closing phase angle,andfrequency.analyze the dynamic suction process of electromagnetic systerm. currently, Wepull a lot of research on Electromagnetic relay process dynamics system, while the ACrelay release process dynamics have not many studies.We simulate the disconnectedprocess of AC relay,considering the influence on voltage amplitude and off time. analyzethe static suction process of electromagnetic systerm.Simulate and analyze the three-dimensional electromagnetic field of clap-typeelectromagnetical relay systerm by using Maxwell software based on finite element,drawits operating characteristic graph,analyzed and compared the influencing factors,considerthe remanence on the actual work,all of these has a significant meaning on design anddevelop clap-type AC relay.
