| As the car production volume increased year by year, brings the increasinglyserious air pollution and energy depletion. People are becoming more and more awareof the importance of automobile energy conservation and environmental protection,so the traditional internal combustion engine technology constantly updated. So moreand more high torque engines are used in cars, leading to an increasing engine outputtorque, brings to the auto power transmission system greater torsional vibration.Aiming at these problems, the application of dual mass flywheel (DMF) cancommendably solve the car torsional vibration problems. In the research on thevibration damping performance of DMF, there are many evaluation parameters, butthe car engine torsional vibration is mainly caused by the torque fluctuation. So theDMF output torque fluctuation is most fundamental and intuitive evaluationparameter of the vibration damping performance of DMF. The object of this topicresearch is long circumferential arc spring dual mass flywheel (DMF-CS).Through summary and analysis of the existing research status, this topic putforwards a method, that is, the control system will have a delay, then put this delayback to signal analysis system of the output torque fluctuation of DMF. It willrealize output torque fluctuation signal synchronization analysis of DMF, then it willverify that the damping performance of DMF.First, this paper put forwards three main evaluation parameters of the dampingperformance of DMF, respectively is speed change, torsion angle fluctuation andtorque fluctuation. Respectively in the analysis of all this three, at the same time, allthe parameters verify the damping performance of DMF. But the engine output torquefluctuation is the main reason of producing the car torsional vibration, so the DMFoutput torque fluctuation is the most intuitive display and evaluation parameter of thedamping performance of DMF.Secondly, this paper obtain the system state space expression and transferfunction, it based on the DMF dynamics system model. Then analysis the timeresponse of this system to get the oscillation of the unit step response, and analysisthe delay time of the control system; At the same time, based on the DMF dynamics system model, simulation analysis the DMF torque fluctuation attenuationcharacteristic. So verify the DMF torque fluctuation attenuation characteristic.Then, build the dynamic characteristics test bench of DMF, and the torquefluctuation signal synchronization analysis system of DMF. On the basis of the testbench, conducting the torque fluctuation experiments of DMF. By using the methodof multi-channel synchronous acquisition signal and the virtual instrument to get theoutput torque fluctuation signal of DMF. Then appropriate for the acquisition of thesignal preprocessing to improve the quality of the original signal.Finally, feedback the system time delay to the signal analysis system, toimplement the DMF and output torque fluctuation signal synchronization analysis,analysis the experimental data. The validation of the proposed method is feasible, thatis feedback the system time delay to signal analysis system, and also verify dampingperformance of DMF. |
