with the rapid development of economy in our country,the energy crisis isincreasingly seriously,the state formulates a series of policies about energyconservation and emissions reduction to achieve environmental protection thesustainable development of national development and prosperity to mutual policy."Hybrid" the most easy popularization of new energy technology has become theworld’s most has the use value and the most potential energy conservation andenvironmental protection technology, statistics show that crane use no more than50%of the power, most of the power is wasted, and under the condition of some of themore strict use of power is less than25%, the reality of this waste of resources andenvironmental damage forced engineers must promise to protect the environment,saving resources and thus developed a hybrid power plant energy saving technology.The hybrid system can be divided into two categories: according to the generalconnection methods include series system, parallel system. According to the divisionmethod of mixed degree of classification can be divided into micro hybrid system,light hybrid systems, hybrid systems and complete mixing system. Crane generallyrefers to the vertical and horizontal range handling lifting weights. Crane generallyrefers to the vertical direction and horizontal range, carrying the weight of hoistingmachinery. Crane work mainly do intermittent movement, take material in one workcycle, carrying, unloading actions, such as cycle.The current research on energysaving for crane is mainly studied and improved from the following three aspects: thefirst is to improve the performance of generator set, second is the system that uses oilto electrical technology, third is the use of advanced hybrid technology.This thesis mainly effective conservation and efficient use of the DC/DC maincircuit of the hybrid power crane research to make energy. This paper first focuses onthe type system of DC/DC main circuit are introduced emphatically,and the capacitorof the main circuit of bidirectional DC/DC energy storage equipment of supercapacitor value to quantitatively in this aspect of the analysis as the angle of viewanalysis, the system’s energy efficiency to play the active role. In addition, the secondwill tell to the whole system of hybrid power crane.Including such as bidirectional DC/DC converter, diesel generator sets, super capacitor specific working mode and principle and the establishment of thehybrid power crane based on the kinetic theory, the hybrid power crane energy flowof the specific description and analysis. Finally, through the simulation softwarePSCAD to the main circuit of the bidirectional DC/DC simulation is performed toverify how can contribute to hybrid power crane system can better carry out the work.
