| In recent years, urban development is moving forward at an unprecedented rate. As one ofthe important tools for urban transport, subway construction is also quietly spread in each bigcity all over the world. How to take effective protection for the upper part of the building whensubway construction, has always been focus. The pile foundation underpinning technology is oneof the engineering measures for strengthening the building’s pile foundations. During theconstruction process, the pile foundation underpinning technology is widely used in theprotection of the upper part of the building structures. Therefore, focusing on studies for theeffect of pile foundation underpinning in the construction according to metro shield law has veryimportant engineering significance.This paper first introduces the tunnel shield construction, pile foundation underpinning andother key engineering, then determining the general idea that using finite element softwareANSYS to analysis numerically a certain pile foundation underpinning engineering ofGuangzhou Metro line VI on the basis of summarizing the research results at home and abroadand the lack of basic research exists on the stage. Specific research work is as follows:(1)The model of dual-pile beam underpinning structure underpinning single pile wasestablished, and the influence on the horizontal deformation, the effect of the verticaldeformation, axial force and lateral friction of the underpinning pile among before excavation,excavation and after excavation were compared.(2)The project parameters, such as the distance between underpinning pile, pile-sidelocation, load position and grouting pressure, were changed and the finite element analysismodel under various conditions was built. The various engineering parameters’ influence onunderpinning pile of internal forces and deformation were obtained.(3)Dual-pile beam underpinning structure underpinning multi-pile according to thespecific project was established. After using the technology of pile foundation underpinning, piledeformation of the internal forces were within a safe range after the tunnel construction eventhough they were under the effect of the construction of pile foundation underpinning, and thenthe rationality of Engineering project were verified. |
