Photoelectric stabilized platform is a sophisticated device carrying differentloads. It highlights the outstanding value in whether military or civilian aspects. Inmilitary aspects such as target tracking, aerial reconnaissance and weapon guidance;and in civilian areas such as geographical mapping, live TV, disaster investigation.This paper involved the photoelectric stable platform is airborne equipment. Becauseof the airborne equipment, so in the case of ensuring accuracy, quality should be lightand strength also should meet the environmental requirements of flight. So there ishigh demand for equipment design. This paper takes the actual project as the object ofstudy, and the main point of this is modeling and analysis.Firstly modeling and analyzing the common basic components such as: bearing,gear, screw and shock absorber. Comparison of basic component simulation and ana-lytical results, make determine the accuracy of the modeling. The basic analysis of theproject, not only provide reference data, but the reasonable modeling process can alsobe used in other similar situations.Followed, the main parts of platform are analyzed. The analysis result of outsideframe shows the influence of different constraints on the modal. Analyzed the innerframe in different materials, and compared the results, at the same time taking intoaccount of the weight, strength, environment adaptability, price and ease of processing,last determined the choice of magnesium alloy material.Then make analyze the line/angular vibration effects on image motion. Accord-ing to the results, and combined with the actual situation, make take the angular dis-placement away scheme.3D model is established by the principle of no angular dis-placement. With the results of ADAMS, which can make sure the scheme is feasibil-ity.Finally, make the overall analyze. Compared the results of whether the damper ison, and we can find the damper can attenuate impact energy sufficiently. But this se- lected shock absorber is not enough to make the frequency attenuation to the idealrequirements. Modify the damper parameters to make the frequency to meet the re-quirements. We also can easily buy and custom the absorbers from the analysis pa-rameters.The overall and sub-components are analyzed respectively in this paper. Thebasic parts modeling and analysis is rationality, it provides a reference for the lateranalysis of other projects. The analysis results of the whole structure of the platformcan be used as a useful reference for designers and platform production.
