Design And Implementation Of Remote Blood Pressure Care System

In recent years, with the rapid development of internet of things, telemedicinebecome an important research direction in this area, and the primary tast of telemedicineis to realize the people’s health status remote monitoring. On the other hand, the qualityof life of our people continues to increase, but the problem of the ageing population isgetting worse, making people hope to make real-time monitoring of their health status nomater where they are.This system is used to collect the Pulse waveform data to monitor the health status,and using a GPS module to monitor the location, upload the real time data to the webserver by using communication technology of GPRS. Doctor or guardian can view theward’s health status on the PC client or on the mobile client. This paper introduces thesystem in detail separately from the hardware and software aspects, Hardware aspectintroduce the user terminal, mainly modules consist of real time blood pressure and pulsesigns data measuring, GPS positioning, answering phone, voice calling, and a key forhelp. Software part is designed using B/S structure, it is using as a client of remotemonitoring care center, user can log on the site to view related information or do somerelated operations. The users mainly consist of guardians, managers and wards.The system uses a unique method of measuring the blood pressure by analyzing thepulse waveform data obtained to identify high and low pressure body, compared with aconventional pneumatic pressure measurement method, measurement is more convenient,and easy to measure, can be improved by to achieve real-time monitoring of bloodpressure, has a certain significance in the development of telemedicine in the future.
