With the rapid development of the mechanical and electrical products and the globalizationof the market demand, rapid growth in production and export of mechanical and electronicproducts, every year to spend a lot of mechanical and electrical products packaging, andpackaging structure and mechanical properties to ensure the quality of products to have animportant role. This topic combines with materials and structures of electromechanical productpackaging, using analysis of CAE technology on mechanical performances of box to achievethe practical applications and optimize the package structure of new materials, for thepackaging structure design provides a certain reference and basis.This paper, electrical and mechanical products packaging as the research object, usingfinite element method for box with static analysis, modal analysis and structure optimization.First of all, this article researches on the existing market of the electrical and mechanicalproducts packaging structure and material research, using Pro/Engineer to complete thestructure of the mechanical and electronic products packaging design and the physical model,import boxes solid model into ANSYS Workbench and enter the performance parameters fordifferent kinds of materials, mesh for packaging unit, establish finite element model of the box;Then, for packaging under the base plate under uniform loading, using different materials fortheory and finite element analysis, and the stress and deformation of the whole package in astationary flat and lifting case, results indicate that finite element analysis can well reflect thestress and deformation of the packing case, at the same time, under the same load and constraintconditions, the performance of the bamboo and wood composite materials is better than that ofpine and poplar LVL; Secondly, carry out the modal analysis of bamboo-wood compositepacking box, and obtain box in the first10-order natural frequency and vibration mode to knowthe box structure in the corresponding frequency range of weaknesses and whether can produceresonance, offer help for structural design; Finally, the structural optimization design wascarried out on the box base stringer, calculated optimal longitudinal beam cross-sectional area,the volume decreased by28.22%, which reduces its weight, in cases that meet the requirementsto achieve optimized structures, saves raw materials and reduces the cost.
