| Along with the rise of home appliance market, cold-rolled home appliance plates, which aretreated as high-end products are being regarded more and more seriously by manufacturers. Cold-rolled plate belongs to the series of stamping plate, which is strict with surface quality. Avoiding theproducts rusted, the electrochemical accelerated corrosion test was carried out to take comparison withthe influence of cold-rolling processes on the corrosion resistance. And the behavior of rusting duringthe production processes of cold-rolled plates is studied. At the same time, heat treatment technologyparameters and processing atmosphere are studied to find out how they influence the corrosionresistance of cold-rolled plate. The corrosion mechanism of cold-rolled plates was also stated. Theresults are as follows:1. During the processing of cold-rolled plate, according to the electrochemical acceleratedcorrosion test, we learn that the corrosion resistance of continuous annealing is the best of all, andthere is little differences between plates cleaned and uncleaned. Also, the degreasing fluid has noeffect on the corrosion resistance of cold-rolled plates. And the patch annealed plates have badcorrosion resistance; they had large difference from the continuous annealed plates.2. According to the components analysis of the continuous annealed samples and the patchannealed samples, due to the differences of hot treatment technology parameters and processingparameters between patch annealed samples and continuous annealed samples, the ease-precipitateelements which in type of oxidations are gathered at the surface of patch annealed plates. And themicro battery formed by those oxidations together with the ferro matrix is the main reason whichdeclines the corrosion resistance of patch annealed plates.3. When annealing temperature reach at550℃, the recrystallization of cold-rolled plates beingstudied is recovered. Then according to the actual condition of the factory, the annealing temperatureis at650℃, soaking time is32hours, and then cooled in the furnace. The annealing technologyparameters improved not only enhance the production efficiency but also save energy. |
