Because of its high flexibility, energy efficiency and adaptability, the CCHPsystem becomes a research focus in recent years. This paper built a system experimenttable. The paper analyzed the system experiment performance, optimized theoperation strategy of the system. The research results provide the experimentalsupport and theoretical basis for the future development of CCHP system and haveimportant means for the large-scale promotion and the practical application of theCCHP system.This paper analyzed the performance of the micro-turbine and the LiBrabsorption chiller from the experimental aspect and theoretical aspect deeply, and gotthe mathematical model of the micro-turbine and the LiBr absorption chiller.The unit price of the generation cost, the unit price of the refrigeration cost andthe unit price of the heating cost of the CCHP are the important criterion formeasuring system performance. This paper analyzed the influence of the price of gasand the recovery rate of residual heat in flue gas on the three unit price of the costunder the different power load. The results show that with the increase of the recoveryrate of residual heat in flue gas, the incidence of natural gas price to the unit cost ofelectricity decreased. With the increase of the power load, the cost of electricityreduced, but the unit price of the refrigeration cost and the unit price of the heatingcost increased, and the unit price of the refrigeration cost is larger than the unit priceof the heating cost.The operating strategy optimization of the CCHP system is always a hot anddifficult issue, it changed with the cold hot and power load of the room. This paperoptimized the operating strategy of CCHP system under the typical loads of winterand summer days using the simplex method, the optimization goals are the smallestprimary energy consumption, the lowest carbon dioxide emissions and the lowestrunning costs, and compared the CCHP system with the traditional system. The resultsshow that the system operation strategy is in connection with the optimizationobjectives, and the CCHP system is better than the traditional system.Sensitivity analysis of the main factors influencing the system operatio nstrategies is helpful to grasp the changes of operation strategies with the changes of these factors. Thus it can control and improve the system effectively. This paperanalyzes the influences of the efficiency coefficient of the LiBr absorption chiller,power generation efficiency of the micro-turbine, gas boiler heating efficiency (winterconditions), electric chiller COP (summer conditions), gas price and electricity priceon the system operation strategy, and got the sensitivity of these factors to thesystem operation strategy. The results show that the sensitivity of the powergeneration efficiency of the micro-turbine is the strongest. The gas price andelectricity price only impacted the system operation strategy whose optimization goalis the lowest running cost, and the sensitivity of the gas price is stronger.This paper analyzed the system operating strategy by experiment, experimentalanalysis showed that there was a deviation between the experimental operatingstrategy and the theoretical optimization process. The deviation of summer was morethan winter, the more the natural gas consumption, the greater the deviation. Butoverall deviation was within5%.
