Among them, as one of the three pillars of the tourism industry in thehotel industry, to promote and create a low carbon energy saving hotel will become theinevitable trend of the development of Hotel industry. The concept of low carbon and energysaving of the implant in the hotel operation and management, in recent years it has alsobecome a new creative and fashion, paid attention to by the society and the youth’s favor. Thehotel itself, the pursuit of low energy consumption, low industrial model of carbon emissionsis not only actively respond to the government’s call, can reduce operating costs, to attract theattention of the public, so as to increase the efficiency and remain invincible in thecompetition in the industry. Therefore, factors affecting accounting Hotel carbon emissionsand carbon emissions research, has vital to build a reasonable standard of low carbon and themeaning of the hotel.Accordingly, this paper investigates a five-star hotel in Beijing, the transfer of itscompletion of design drawings, the actual air conditioning system of record. On this basis,first of all, using DEST air conditioning(air / water) system simulation software, respectively,on the hot / cold load, fan coil plus fresh air fan power consumption, different types of electricrefrigeration units(The cold source), the municipal electricity heat source fuel consumption,independent of gas boiler heating system fuel consumption, as well as cold / pump the powerconsumption of a / two times a constant flow pump system and heat source systemcorresponding to the simulated annual duration. And the one or two pump constant flowsystem, through the theoretical calculation, the corresponding variable flow system by theyear. Secondly, through the DEST simulation software to calculate the data based on the useof SPSS software will be cold / heat load annual value as the independent variable x, thecorresponding energy consumption as the dependent variable y, analyze the data curve fitting,the establishment of annual worth mathematics relational expression. Finally, by using thesoftware of MATLAB Simulink functions for data modeling, and ultimately enter the hotelbuildings in a moment of cold / heat load, can be obtained with different cold source heatsource, a / two primary pump variable flow system, by the carbon emission.
