In the modern society, people’s daily life, work based learning, entertainment, andindustrial production have been inseparable from the mains supply. However, due tothe widespread use of some kinds of power electronic converter device and nonlinearloads in the urban distribution system, there are kinds of power quality problems suchas voltage drop, the increase of harmonic content, frequency hopping, etc. At the sametime, with the development of science and technology, the number of precisioninstruments will be more and more. The precision instrument makes more and moredemands of power quality in the mains supply. Therefore, in order to meet the needsof precision instruments, the power quality of mains supply must be compensated. Inthis paper, a double closed loop SPWM with feed-forward control of the referencevoltage is applied to the single-phase AC compensated stabilizer power supply basedon a high frequency transformer. It can effectively compensate some power qualitysuch as the voltage fluctuations, harmonic content and the frequency jump.In this paper, the high frequency transformer is introduced into the single-phaseAC compensated stabilizer based on the original basic topology. And a new kind ofAC compensated stabilizer power supplies is put forward, which has advantages ofsmall volume and high precision. According to the problem in the abrupt change ofDC side voltage, the double closed loop SPWM control algorithm with feed-forwardcontrol of the reference voltage is proposed. This paper focuses on the application ofthe phase shift regulating voltage control and the double closed loop SPWM controlalgorithm with feed-forward control. The working mode of positive and negativecompensation under two kinds of control algorithm is respectively expounded on themain circuit. Besides, it also analyses the difference between the two kinds of controlalgorithm. In order to improve the dynamic performance of compensation process,this paper puts forward an improved single-phase low-pass phase locked loop, whichcan effectively increase the voltage stabilizing precision of the output voltage.Finally, the theoretical analysis is simulated by Matlab/Simulink software, and theresults show that the main circuits and the double closed loop SPWM controlalgorithm are correct. Besides, the experimental prototype is set up based onTMS320F2812DSP. Through the open loop experiment of the prototype, thefeasibility of the main circuit and control algorithm is further verified.
