| Binhai New Region, as the growth pole of economic development in Tianjin, wemust improve the infrastructure construction in order to ensure its progress. Thereconstruction of Gangtang road can better enhance the connection of the two majorurban district, Dagang and Tanggu in Binhai New Region, So the construction ofGangtang road is imperative.In this paper, based on the overall plan from2005to2020of Binhai New Regionand Gangtang road in Tianjin, according to the traffic volume forecast, it will reach50983pcu/d in2030of Gangtang road. On this basis of the surrounding area’sconstruction development,the land quality and the result of the service level analysis,determined the recent transect layout as two-way six lanes, the non-motor vehicledriveway and the pavement are temporarily not implemented; through sufficientlyinvestigating the road network and the surrounding buildings, formulated the reasonableeconomic plan to implement the horizontal alignment and the profile height; viainvestigating of the damage of the exiting road, as well as the deflection test results, putout the thickness of reinforce pavement structure to36cm; by the four schemes oftechnical and economic comparison, finally determined to adopt the scheme of reinforcedsoil replacement and retaining wall to the borrow pit section, and through thesedimentation observation results, verified the feasibility of the solution. |
