Modern transportation mainly consists of railway,highway,waterway,aviation and pipeline.Highway transportation has the characteristics of mobility,flexibility,rapid centralization and distribution of goods,limited by transportation facilities,strong adaptability,wide range of services,strong randomness in time,less investment in transportation,fast turnover of funds and remarkable social benefits,which make highway transportation play an important role in economic construction and become China’s comprehensive transportation.One of the most active modes of transportation in the transportation system.The JH line is an important national-provincial trunk road in Shandong Province,and is also the main channel for connecting PY County with the surrounding counties and cities.At present,the two ends of the highway connecting the PY section have been transformed into first-class highways,while most of the PY territory are still second-class highways.This section has become a bottleneck section restricting traffic development.At the same time,the urbanization on both sides of the domestic highway is serious,the proportion of trucks is high,heavy-load traffic is large,and large vehicles are mixed with internal travel vehicles,which has severely affected urban development and residents travel.It is imperative to widen the transformation capacity and service level.Based on OD survey and traffic volume observation survey,this paper analyses the traffic development level and characteristics of relevant sections and their affected areas,and provides basic data for traffic volume prediction.The trend traffic volume of this project is forecasted by "four-stage forecasting method" and the induced traffic volume is forecasted by gravity model.Transport mode transfer traffic volume is calculated and predicted according to different transport mode selection models.The results of traffic volume prediction provide an important basis for determining the technical standard,investment estimation and economic evaluation of this section.The technical standard of this project is implemented according to Highway Engineering Technology Standard(JTG B01-2014).Through the investment estimation and economic evaluation of the project,this paper confirms that the project is reasonable and feasible. |
