With the engineering structure strengthening business spring up and lucubrate ofSelf-compacting concrete, SCC advantages have widely recognized by engineering.The existing research data makes clear that strengthened whit SCC by amplify sectionis a kind of both economical、durable and effective reinforcement method.The reinforcement components in engineering structure is under certain load forstrengthened. In this paper, considering the reinforcement components real force inengineering, carry on the system of experimental study and theoretical analysis thatbending performance of the RC Beams strengthened with SCC under secondary loadby amplify section. The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Based on the test of two contrast beams and seven reinforced beamsexperiments, consider the initial load level、the thickness of amplify section and thedeal with reinforcement layer interface three factors, investigating the reinforcedbeams function as load-bearing capacity, eflection and crack resistance property.Experimental results show that: SCC reinforcing beam, can significantly improve thebearing capacity, improve anti-cracking performance and increase the stiffness of thebeam. And the reinforcement layer more thicker in the bottom of the beam or theinitial stress level lower, the bearing capacity and flexural stiffness for furtherimproving after reinforcement; the effect about different interface treatments in thispaper is not obvious on the ultimate bearing capacity and flexural stiffness.2. RC beams reinforced by amplify section is combination section, belongs tosecondary load state. On the one hand the original beam existence reinforced stressand strain of concrete in advance phenomenon, and the other hand reinforced stressand strain of concrete was lag in the reinforcement layer.3.Base on the testing and through the theortical analysis, put forward the SCCamplify section reinforced RC Beam calculation formula which flexural strength,maximum crack width and deflection under the secondary load. The results show thatthe theoretical analysis and experiment results have better anastomosis. 4.By finite element software ABAQUS to analysis simulation experiment loadingprocess, and compared the results with testing to validation the accuracy. The datesshowed that the finite element simulation results have smaller errors.
