Quality control is the top priority in the nuclear power equipment manufacturingprocess. In the manufacture process of AP1000nuclear power main equipmentaccumulator tank, the butt joint main ring seam is a key process, the unfitness of butt jointout-of-tolerance is one of the bottlenecks in manufacturing. In order to control the ring gap,guarantee the accumulator tank production, has important significance in quality controlof manufacturing quality and cycle for the accumulator tank of key working procedure.The paper is to analyse and research on the accumulator tank manufacturing processof Shanghai power station auxiliary equipment plant (SAP), keeping the process qualitycontrol as the center, analysis of the accumulator tank working procedure processmanagement, processing control and product quality in the process. Focusing on workingprocedure process management and process control, providing ways on quality control tothe key process of accumulator tank:Using the tool of quality control Pareto diagram static and analyse that the mainproblems in the quality of products is the unfitness of butt joint out-of-tolerance.Using the fishbone chart to analyse each process of production factor (5M1E) ofthe key working procedure on the accumulator tank, finding out in human, machine,material, method, measurement and environment, main causes of the unfitness ofbutt joint out-of-tolerance.Using of statistical techniques (control chart) to manage and control the keyworking procedures, optimizing the production factor control conditions of eachworking procedure, and setting the control points, to improve the quality of theunfitness of butt joint out-of-tolerance.Using PDCAcirculation theory, designing the standardized procedure processes forprocedure process management processes that are not standardized. Finally, through the subsequent accumulator tank as certification, analyses themethod referred in the paper, resulting that: improved the unfitness of butt jointout-of-tolerance of accumulator tank, improved the quality of the equipment, solvedproduction bottlenecks, which greatly shorten the manufacturing cycle.
