In recent years, coincident with the extensive application of modified asphalt concrete in road construction, the quality issue of modified asphalt concrete mixture pavement has then gradually aroused the public concern. The quality of modified asphalt concrete and the modified asphalt mixture ratio are the two primary aspects of the construction material. As to the quality control of the asphalt mixture, we usually implement the research on the performance of modifiers, ratio of the modifiers, mix proportion of mineral aggregate as well as the mixture temperature. The researches on respective sole aspects are more and more intensive. Yet these researches are one of the production process segments of the mixture meanwhile lacking in the specific researches on the complete systematic production process.The author of the paper utilizes a type S supply concrete in the Zhengzhou logistics park as the research subject, and carries out the complete research on the overall production process. Specifically, the general production process consists of the design of modified asphalt mixture ratio and the quality control of mixture production.The author of the paper analyzes the causes that influence the quality of mixture and finds out the mixture ratio, temperature and asphalt content in the process of production are the significant factors. In addition, the author analyzes the experimental results, activates researches on the design of target proportioning via orthogonal experiments, optimizes the grading limit design of road construction by Marshall test. Later via comprehensive grading on the crucial influential elements of grading as well as the experimental advance of mixture ratio ranges and the actual on-site production amount, we could figure out the best proportion of asphalt.Then on the foundation of the former designed target ratio and best applied proportion of the asphalt, the author of the paper implements researches on the control of production process of S asphalt concrete, analyzes the primary influential elements and control approaches throughout the production process of each monitored targets, figures out the causes of these elements and formulates the evidence and references for specific equipment parameter.Eventually the author discusses and activates the equipment of remote monitoring and real time control system, formulates the ranges and limitations based on the actual on-site production process. The operating system is capable of performing the forecasting function for the quality offset and providing potent supervising measures for production process of the mixture.
