In this paper, the statistical optimization are completed for the temperature rise studying during connector design using DOE(Design of Experiment) technique. Base on DOE, this paper simulate the relation between design parameter and temperature rise happed on real connector, determine the impact of a significant factor product temperature rise and the relation of them. Provide a regression equation for engineer for design reference. The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:1. Study the relationship between design parameter and temperature rise, using DOE to make experiment to find the significant factor of temperature rise.2. Build the statistical model of temperature rise. Base on the mode optimize of design parameters, find the appropriate parameter considering different requirement from different customer.3. Base on built statistical model, follow the optimize result given by model, applied them on real connector terminal for customer A.This paper finished test to verify statistical model with reference value for engineering applications.
