As the looming energy crisis, more and more new energy andrenewable energy are using recently. The solar energy application becomemore commonly. Thousands of the solar parks and root top systems werebuilt to reduce the consumption of fossil energy.With the increase of the size of the solar power systems and thedifference of the environment also increases. Therefore, most solar systemsappear the decrease of the out power which has been a serious problemthese days. As one of the main reason of power degradation, PID (PotentialInduced Degradation) effect got a lot of attention recently.This paper proved the existence of PID (Potential InducedDegradation) effect under different environment by using lab test software.This effect also found is the real environment using panels, at same time,the test proved this effect is reversible, and the power can be recovery.These finds give more ideas to solve this effect.At the same time, base on the findings of the PID effect root causes,we found some solutions of PID effect by improving packing process;choosing right raw materials; system design modifying, etc. to control thesolar module quality and increase the module lifetime.
