Asphalt mixture is the main point of expressway, urban road pavement material, it isdirectly under the wheel load and all kinds of natural factors (such as sunshine, temperature,air and water, etc.) of the effect, its performance and condition will change, that affect the use of the pavement performance and service life. In order to guarantee the use oflong-term to maintain good state of asphalt pavement, asphalt mixture must meet the hightemperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and resistance to water damage.Steel slag waste rubber powder asphalt concrete interior research belongs to the blank,the engineering application is not reported, need comprehensive evaluation of steel slagwaste rubber powder asphalt concrete road use performance, for the stability of steel slagwaste rubber powder asphalt mixture at high temperature, low temperature crack resistance,water stability, fatigue performance evaluation, and compared with ordinary asphaltmixture were compared with SBS modified asphalt mixture.In this paper, according to the practical engineering in the construction and designgood cases, than ordinary steel slag waste rubber powder modified asphalt concretepavement of asphalt concrete pavement service life is long, life is long said maintenancecost less, reduce maintenance and repair roads, ending CheHu time delay, reduceconstruction surrounding environmental problems caused by the road.Steel slag waste rubber powder asphalt pavement under the condition of lowtemperature still have certain elasticity, vehicle road wheels can be tearing up the road onthe ice, and prevent road is icy, sliding resistance between pavement and tire. So steel slagwaste rubber powder modified asphalt pavement have crushed ice, prevent slippery effect,improve the safety of the company, increase the quality of service on the road. Alsoincreased the rain resistance, reduced the water splashing, rainy days driving view moreclearly, and in stark contrast to the road line, visibility had obvious enhancement in thenight, the night road users of the road safety has increased significantly. Indirect save thecosts for road users.
