In order to precisely and comprehensively measure and monitor the radio,monitoring stations are generally built in areas of minor radio pollution for these areas aremostly inaccessible places, such as mountains. As a result, the power supply formonitoring device becomes a prominent issue, and the traditional solution to this problemis commonly the usage of diesel power as the power supply. With the continuousdevelopment of the applications of new type energy sources, the technology ofwind-solar-diesel hybrid power supply for monitoring station will be a reasonable andfeasible choice.This paper investigates a kind of power supply system for radio monitoring stationof which the power supply is mainly supported by the hybrid energy of wind and solar,meanwhile, by diesel generator as a backup energy. The main work is as follows:Perform the requirements analysis of the electrical equipments, power generation andenergy storage devices to determine the power requirement and capacity matching of thecorresponding device of the power supply system. On the basis of comprehensiveinduction of the system requirements and other functional requirements, design thecomponents of the power system and the basic parameters for each component, proposethe overall design program of the wind-solar-diesel hybrid power supply for radiomonitoring station.Propose the control strategy of the wind-solar-diesel hybrid power supply formonitoring station, therefore, improve the utilization ratio of the wind-solar-diesel hybridpower supply, reduce the power system interference to radio monitoring equipment andincomplete discharging and the adverse effect on battery capacity, and prolong the batterylife. In order to adapt to the natural conditions in different environments, the controlstrategy designed to achieve the switching of wind-solar power supply with the matchingratios of3:0,2:1,1:2and0:3.STM32L152VBT6as the core control chip, complete the hardware design of thewind-solar-diesel hybrid power supply system. It contains the data acquisition circuits,LIN bus data transmission circuits, solar cells and wind turbines MPPT control circuit,generator fuel acquisition and start-stop control circuit, sound and display control circuits.By considering of each part of the hardware circuits, design the corresponding software. Debug and test the power supply system.In order to reduce the power consumption of the power system itself, the designchooses high efficiency and low power devices, energy-saving measures are taken fortypical high-power devices.
