The motor, as a core component of theelectric car, decides the performance of the electric car. In order to complete the orientation of themagnetic field, the accurate magnetic pole position of the motor will be gotten, so the selection of themotor rotor angle sensor and vector control method of angle measurement is very important. This articleuses the permanent magnet synchronous motor as the driving motor of the electric vehicle, and does thefollowing researches about the problems mentioned above:First, we should do the coordinate transformation according to the mathematical model ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor, so as to realize the vector control, but the control methods differsfrom different permanent magnet synchronous motors. This paper introduces several kinds of commonlyused control strategies, and shows the advantages and disadvantages by comparing them.Second,“the vector control based on hall position sensor†using hall position sensor for motor rotorposition estimation, on the basis of the discrete points to estimate rotor position, and then get theperspective of continuous last Angle estimation is obtained by the experimental waveforms, and goodrealized the vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor, a slight deficiency is softwaredevelopment.Third,“the vector control based on rotating transformer†to achieve the purpose of the works bysampling of rotating transformer output directly as the rotor position information, applying to the vectorcontrol by trigonometric function transformation, in fact, we have got the sample waveform, and wellimplement the vector control of rotating transformer, this method greatly reduces the system hardwaredevelopment and software development. |
