Stabilized sighting INS integrated system is a series of components, with inertial technology as the core, the information conversion of inertial devices as the means and the compound control as the basics. In inertial navigation process of the Land vehicle, the dynamic angle of the turret and the chassis, as an important factor of measuring the vehicle’s body posture, directly determines the accuracy of the measurement of body posture. In China, a feasible technical approach to realize the high-accuracy measurement of the dynamic angle of the turret and the chassis has not yet been found. It is one of the bottleneck technologies faced by land vehicles in China.Firstly, according to the test requirements of high accuracy turret relative to the chassis rotation and based on detailed analysis of both domestic and international development of angle measurement, the paper proposes a test system based on the dual-sensor turret dynamic corner, The system consists of a rotary transformer, optical encoder, mechanical transmission mechanism; Secondly, in accordance with the working principle of double sensor, the overall structure of angle measuring device is designed, and the installation method of angle measuring device is also designed according to the actual environment of the turret. Again, in order to improve the stability and reliability of the system, key components like decoding circuit with the core being HTS20, data fusion process of the double sensor is analyzed, the interval division algorithm is given. It can achieve relative and absolute angle measurement in a range of N×360 DEG and has zero memory and power position recognition function. Finally, through laboratory experiments and field tests, results show that, the measuring system can meet the actual demand, with power protection, power position identification and zero memory functions and the test precision is less than 60 ".
