Natural ventilation is technology that can save resources, reduce environmentalpollution and achieve sustainable development of indoor air ventilation and cooling.The driving force from thermal and wind pressure, because wind pressure has changedmuch, unstable characteristics, natural ventilation design only consider the role of thethermal pressure.Although the use of natural ventilation to improve building thermalenvironment has been widely used for many years, but how to combine the localclimatic conditions, inlet and outlet positions through rational design, an area toimprove plant tall hot wet environment, there are still many problems to be furtherstudied. The main transformer room of station located in the cave,one side of themain transportation corridor,large space structures belong to a larger amount of heatinside the transformer heat, air inlet generally set in front of the wall on the transformer,ventilation mostly with natural ventilation.In the thermal pressure natural ventilation, the effective thermal coefficient m is asign of the room temperature distribution characteristic parameter, m Q (Q total heatcapacity of the workshop process equipment) is that part of the heat directly into thework area. And the neutral plane of the main transformer room ventilation airdistribution has important implications, and reducing the height of the surface of themain transformer room can improve the thermal environment.In this paper, the main transformer room in the Guangdong Huizhou PumpedStorage Power Plant to enhance natural ventilation and cooling technology for the study, to establish the physical and mathematical models to simulate the main transformerroom in the interior flow field distribution of the different conditions, the effectivethermal coefficient m and the neutral plane and proposed a reasonable naturalventilation optimization program; airflow under the annual dynamics of climate changeparameters main compartment numerical simulation and analysis calculations. AndHuizhou Pumped Storage Power Station site measured and simulated values werecompared and analyzed, the study concluded that the main transformer room hot tallhydropower plant and similar natural ventilation design provides a reference.
