Energy-saving and environmental protection has become the theme of the world,and our country is the second largest energy consumer in the world, whose buildingenergy consumption has been ranked first, the wall is the focus of study in the worldbecause the wall is the main part of building energy consumption. At present, the mostwidely used means of building energy-saving is the exterior insulation technology, andthe key to this technology is insulation materials. With the requirement of improving theecological environment and sustainable development, the overall performance of somematerials can not meet the design and use requirements. Therefore, the research anddevelopment of new energy-saving insulation materials is becoming more important andurgent. Shale sintered composite wall insulation masonry——WDF is a new insulationmaterial. It takes industrial waste slag, shale as main raw material, its productionprocess is as follows: material preparation, production model, drying and baking, andthen filled composite insulation material. RC shear wall plug WDF insulation system isa new type of external thermal insulation system, which has the broad applicationprospect. But so far, the research on the out-of-plane anti-seismic performance andmechanical stability and security under seismic loads and wind loads of externalthermal insulation system is quite inadequate. This paper made the following researchabout the new type of RC shear wall plug WDF insulation system:(1)First, this paper puts forward a kind of suitable construction method, it is inline with the characteristics of the thermal insulation system, called paste-squeezemethod.(2)In this paper, a seismic station out-of-plane vibration performance test wascarried out by designing a total of four pieces of RC shear wall plug in WDF specimensas the full-scale mode. And then the effects of anchor bolt arrangement number and arrangement of components on the anti-seismic performance of out-of-plane weremainly studied.The results of the test show that, four pieces of wall are good atanti-seismic performance. The relative displacement between the WDF and the primarywall reaches a maximum at the top of the wall. Moreover, the anchor has an inhibitingeffect on the vibration frequency attenuation of component. Specifically, increasing withthe number of anchor bolt arrangement, the relative displacement between the WDF andthe primary wall decreases obviously, so that whole cohesiveness between the WDF andthe primary wall is better, and specimen seismic load in the failure stage is need more.So the anti-seismic performance of plane layout is better. In addition, the plum blossomtype layout is slightly better than the rectangular layout.(3)This paper describes the calculation method of the external thermal insulationsystem under the action of wind load and earthquake force. And then the force ofseveral external thermal insulation systems which are widely used on the market and thenew type of external insulation system are compared and analysed. The results showthat the new type of external insulation system has a high safety coefficient as otherseveral external thermal insulation systems when the minimum value of tensile strengthadhesive mortar is0.10MPa.(4)By discussing on the calculation method and anchor bolt design rules ofexternal thermal insulation system of anchor bolt, a formula to calculate was putforward,and the formula calculation results show that, in accordance with the formulafor the design, project construction is not only simple but also has high safetycoefficient.
