The deterioration ofindoor air quality seriously affecting people’s health.Increasing pollution indoors environment today, makes the using of the whole heatexchanger to increase the indoor fresh air, exhaust indoor pollutants, improve indoor airquality while reducing the energy consumption of air conditioning systems. However,the total heat exchange stage of the operation and management is still lagging behind totake manual control wired connection, seriously hampered its development inimproving indoor air environment with air-conditioning energy saving.Based on ZigBee wireless transmission technology with ARM embeddeddevelopment platform, the whole heat exchanger design and condition monitoringsystems operation and management solutions. Collection and transmission to achievewireless, indoor air quality analysis and evaluation of the indoor temperature andhumidity, carbon dioxide concentration, so the whole heat exchanger running intelligentcontrol and management functions. providing a viable solution for the whole heatexchanger efficiency, intelligent operation.Finally, VAV air-conditioned laboratory Xi’an University of Architecture andTechnology as a platform to Madelon LNRV-5Q-D-type heat exchanger for the wholeobject, the system conducted experiments to detect and analyze energy efficiency andachieve a good operating results. |
