In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the degree of automation of urban rail transit systems,fully automation operation systems(FAO)have become the latest development direction of signal systems,and the traditional signal systems are more and more unable to adapt to the urban rail transit high speed,high density,high stability and high security of train operation requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve the automation,reliability and security of the existing vehicle ATO and ATP subsystems.For this reason,this paper taken the vehicle ATO and ATP subsystem in the FAO system of Beijing Yan Fang line as the research object.Combined with the overall requirements of the FAO system,the stability of the stand-alone control ATO subsystem and the two-out-of-two control ATP subsystem are being redesigned in China.On hardware with higher reliability of components,on the software to improve the robustness of control algorithm,on the system architecture improve the redundancy of the system,in order to further enhance the stability of the whole system.The main research work of the paper is as follows:First of all,This paper explained in detail the principle and main function of the vehicle redundant ATO and two-out-of-two logic control ATP subsystem,and emphatically with the existing stand-alone control ATO subsystem and the two-out-of-two logic control ATP subsystem are analyzed and compared,the redundant ATO and two-out-of-three ATP design schemes are better than stand-alone ATO and two-out-of-two ATP design for security,stability,availability and maintainability.At the same time,detailed analysis and explanation of the runtime fault monitoring and seamless switching mechanism of the redundant ATO subsystem.Then,the principle of taking two-out-of three of the two-out-of three ATP subsystems is described in detail.The force analysis and velocity-distance curve of trains are analyzed and calculated in detail,and simulation analysis and explanation are given.Then,with respect to the high security and stability requirements of the FAO system.This paper,the reliability analysis of vehicle redundant ATO and two-out-of-three ATP subsystems is carried out by combining the idea of Isograph counting method and reliability block diagram method.The redundant ATO and two-out-of-three ATP equipments are analyzed and demonstrated from the four agreed levels of electronic components,modules,boards,and systems.Finally,the reliability of the entire equipment is obtained and meets the requirements of the industrial design.Finally,the hardware design scheme of the redundant ATO and the two-out-of-three ATP subsystem is described in detail.Including: FPGA implementation of SPI scheme for redundant ATO and two-out-of-three ATP subsystem input board and output board with host board MCU communication;hardware design of communication protocol between host boardand various boards and modules;the schematic diagram and PCB design of the redundant ATO and two-out-of-three ATP host board;Two-out-of-three ATP public board FPGA design for synchronous control output of three host board MCU;hardware design of MVB protocol for TMS board interface board;redundant ATO and two-out-of-three ATP system power board designs for 110 V to 24 V and 110 to 5V.At the same time,this paper design of electromagnetic compatibility and stability for the safety,non-safety,and vehicle interface design of vehicle-mounted ATO and ATP systems in detail,and then give concrete measures for the principle of fail-safety in vehicle equipment systems.
