| The development, the theory and the mechanism of post-grouting compressivepile are elaborated in the first part of this paper. Through the considerable andcomparable static loading test data of domestic post-grouting compressive piles,theapplicability of post-grouting compressive pile on different bearing strata (such asbedrock, gravel, silty sand, clay) is proven.The improvement of piles bearingcapacity after grouting depends on the size of the soil particles.It is found that fromclay to silty sand to gravel,the more coarse the grain of bearing strata, the better theeffect of post-grouting.The pile design requirements of Langfang Cultural Arts Center theme parkconstruction project is elaborated in the second part of this paper. The geotechnicalinvestigation report describes the mechanical properties of the stratum and pile designparameters. The report also describes the focus of the test pile construction plan that isconstruction technology and quality assurance measures. This paper describes andanalyzes the first and second static load test pile works of Langfang Cultural ArtsCenter theme park construction project, and the test piles adjustment process design.The paper with specific test data to prove: grouting different effects on differentbearing stratum and scientific and reasonable estimate of the project grouting pilecapacity increase should be carefully calculated and considered by designers.By collecting a large number of similar geological condition piles grouting,comparing the effects of piles grouting in Langfang’s different strata, discussing thefactors that may affect the effectiveness of grouting and analyzing Langfang project’sresult of static loading test of piles, the following conclusions can be drawn:when thelength of pile is34m,beside the pile of soil is silt, fine sand, silty clay and bottom ofthe pile bearing strata is silty clay or silty sand and using composite groutingconstruction technology, piles capacity limit raise1860~2386kN and reasonableincrease in bearing capacity should be concluded between35%to40%. I hope theabove conclusions can provide the basis for future design and construction. |
