Energy issue has now become the focus of world attention, with the rapid development ofChinese economy, increasing demand for energy, energy conservation has become an inevitablechoice for Chinese implementation of the sustainable development strategy. The proportion ofthe total building energy consumption is very large, Chinese building energy consumption hasmore than a quarter of the country’s total energy consumption, and continued to increasebuilding energy efficiency has become a priority, the task is arduous residential building energypotential great. Solar belongs to renewable energy, energy is inexhaustible. Inner Mongolia isrich in solar energy resources in cold area, by optimizing the energy-efficient buildings, andmake full use of solar energy, can reduce heating energy consumption, reduce the use ofconventional energy sources, to achieve sustainable development architecture.Paper for the study about Inner Mongolia cold area residential buildings, fully taking intoaccount local climatic conditions and solar energy resources, the use of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation methods of combining internal and external envelope of low-energyresidential buildings were studied.In this paper, the use of computer simulation software technology-DeST factors affectingenergy consumption in the residential building dynamic simulation analysis, analysis of theimpact area in Inner Mongolia cold low-energy residential building energy consumption ofvarious factors, including: exterior windows, exterior walls, roof, floor, ground, inside walls andother analyzes to determine the optimal parameters by simulating various factors. Throughsimulation of building energy consumption, calculate the optimum economic optimumthickness of each economic thickness and roof insulation to the exterior walls of differentinsulation materials. Determine the optimal level of various factors, factors and optimize thevalue of this paper, based on the level of the selected orthogonal simulation optimization modelestablished18groups, were analyzed by energy simulation software DeST simulationoptimization model for each group, and then the simulation results orthogonal calculation andanalysis, various factors drawn significant impact on energy consumption for heating buildings, revealing the low-energy residential building energy consumption mechanism cold region ofInner Mongolia, and choose the best out of the low-energy residential building program, andfinally the optimal energy consumption Residential building programs and general energy-saving residential building program of economic feasibility analysis, in order to achieveeconomies of maximizing energy efficiency. Ultimately derive a suitable small initialinvestment in the region, high energy-saving benefits, post-maintenance convenience of low-energy residential construction economy, Inner Mongolia cold area residential building energymodest contribution to the achievement of sustainable development of building energyefficiency have practical significance.
