In our country, especially in northern areas, a large number of coaltransport vehicles pulling on the highway, caused serious traffic congestion. In orderto guarantee the basic characteristics of highway, its existence must be properlyresolve traffic problems.Traffic control is to solve the problem of traffic congestion effective means toimprove the utilization efficiency of road and traffic safety.
