The performance of the common wall materials does not meet people's requirements currently, the research of a new type of thermal insulation wall materials is necessary. This new type of wall material has a low apparent density; thermal conductivity coefficient is small, high strength, sound insulation, seismic performance, and low cost performance.The research of the thermal insulation wall materials with cement-based is used to explore research methods. After a preliminary analysis of the feasibility study, the authors conceived of the two kinds of experimental programs, through the comparison of two kinds of experimental results, a pilot program is finally chosen as a research priority. Orthogonal experimental design method is used to determine the best mix of concrete benchmarks, but concrete benchmarks till can not meet the thermal insulation of concrete base requirements, so incorporation of other additives is necessary.Through analysis on the mechanism of transferring heat and the intensity formation of the insulation material, improving the internal pore of wall material can reduce the apparent density and the thermal conductivity, but it also reduces the insulation strength of the material. In order to achieve better thermal insulation performance, light-weight aggregate concrete mixed with foam, in order to meet the strength requirements, incorporation of lightweight aggregate concrete mixed with glass fiber yarn. Through the experimental data, you can draw the curves of the relationship between dry apparent density and thermal conductivity, the curves of the relationship between the dry apparent density and compressive strength, the curves of the relationship between foam agent dosage and dry apparent density, and the curves of relationship between glass fiber fraction and anti-folding strength and compressive strength. The experimental results show that when the foam dosage is less than a certain value, the apparent density and thermal conductivity of lightweight aggregate concrete increased with decreasing foam dosage, and ultimately determine that the best dosage of foam per cubic m is 0.5kg. When the glass fiber fraction is not significant, light aggregate concrete strength increases with the dosage increased, the best dosage of glass fiber per cubic meter is 0.4kg.The best mix of insulation wall materials is finally obtained.A new type of thermal insulation wall material is not only to meet the technical requirements, but also to meet the economic requirements, thermal conductivity coefficient of the current domestic wall material is big, and some material also wastes resources, polluting the environment. Through the economic analysis of this new wall material, it can replace a number of wall materials. Through analysis, this new material can be a large-scale production.
