| In many industrial applications, the electrical overcurrent protection has a veryimportant position. When there is a fault in industrial networks or abnormal, abnormalcurrent in the circuit will increase.If there isn’t any protective device to cut off the current,it will result in a huge security risk and damage to property. Overcurrent protection devicescan play the faulty equipment from the system to ensure the safety and operational stability.By taking the overcurrent protective device in series to the appropriate line so that thecurrent and voltage monitoring information can be transmitted to the host computer.We canintuitively the right system for real-time monitoring, intelligent protection. Therefore, therequired system data acquisition and communication technology with high accuracy andreal-time data acquisition technology and the emergence of the bus made for thisrequirement effectively resolved. This is also the purpose and significance of this thesis.The system will be implemented according to the functions and features a variety ofelectronic devices, the hardware circuit for a modular design, the main part is divided intodata acquisition and data communications conditioning two parts.The system usesAT89C52as the central processor, the use of the Hall sensor and the A/D converterquantization data acquisition via RS232and CAN bus for data transfer.In the aspect ofsoftware design, using the master controller keilC programminglanguage, complete A/D converter data acquisition, RS232-CAN converter and a digitaldisplay communication program software design, and the microcontroller, A/D converters,and bus communication protocol and application layer depth study.Through the experiment, the development of this data acquisition and communicationsystem that can meet the requirements ofindustrial production, a certain practicality. |
