| Based on the existing standard system of the state, highway engineering techniquestandard, which is updated in order to better service the local road construction, is used asthe basis of local road construction.According to the characteristics of Xinjiang area, the paper analyzed the highwayengineering technique standard, local standard, scientific research achievements. First of all,through the analysis of the system "contains" highway engineering technical standard,which include based surveying, route design, traffic engineering, traffic safety,environmental protection, sub grade, pavement and bridge and culvert tunnel standardsrules, the construction of Highway Survey in Xinjiang area was designed, combined withXinjiang area characteristics about road, traffic, environment, climate. And the reliability ofthe questionnaire analyzed by SPSS. Through the questionnaire analysis, the standards ofHighway Engineering in Xinjiang area were put forward in detail.Secondly, through analyzing the provincial highway engineering technique standardand the relevant research results on the highway construction in Xinjiang area, the researchresults on highway in saline soil area road and desert areas and selection of line and curveparameters can be incorporated into the local technical standard system in Xinjiang fromthe advanced, applicable, coordination and other aspects.Once again, according the spirit of advancing with the times, reflecting the localregional characteristics, and a complete system of principles, the framework of technicalstandard system of local highway project in Xinjiang area constructed. Combined withsurvey data, the utility value of standard update was calculated by relative entropy, and thesequence of local standards of planning in this area was determined by the features ofmagnitude. At the same time, with the application of Bayesian discriminate analysis method,the help of large-scale analysis software SPSS, the highway engineering technique standardrevision sequence model was constructed. Finally considering the order of priority, thesequence of Xinjiang local standard revision planning was analyzed.Application of the results will improve the level of highway construction in Xinjiangarea, and have the practical significance to the construction of highway engineeringstandards.
