Research On Applicability Of Current Standards To Prefabricated Decoration

With the development of science and technology,global construction industry has shown a trend of industrialization.The main requirement of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" for the construction industry is to focus on the development of prefabricated buildings,and it is clearly stated that one of the key tasks in the development of prefabricated buildings is to promote renovation and assembly.Driven by the policies of various local governments,the research and application of prefabricated decoration has entered a new stage.However,at present,China’s assembly decoration has just started,the key technical standards is insufficient,and the corresponding standard system is still not perfect,which restrict the development of assembly type.At present,how to improve the standard system of assembly decoration and what key technical standards need to be prepared are all needed to be resolved.The first task is to study the suitability of the standard system at the current stage.Therefore,this article studies the applicability of prefabricated decoration based on the current decoration standards,points out the applicable and non-applicable parts of the prevailing standard for prefabricated decoration,and proposes working suggestions for the preparation of prefabricated decoration related standards in order to improve the current standard of science.In addition,practicality and effectiveness promote the effective implementation of prefabricated decoration,and lay the foundation for building a perfect and applicable standard system.The paper summarizes the development history of China’s decoration and decoration standards,sorts out the current decoration and decoration standards and the development degree of these standards,and summarizes the technical system characteristics of assembly-style decoration through literature review and relevant cases.On this basis,the problems existing in the current decoration standard and the problems existing in the practical application of the standard in the assembly type decoration are analyzed.Based on these studies,put forward the standard of decoration for the prefabricated decorate applicability evaluation method:analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and grey correlation method.Getting the current standards of prefabricated decorate applicability evaluation model through selecting indicators and assignment,calculation;getting applicability of current decoration standard to assembly type decoration through the example analysis and model calculation.At the same time,the results of the study give Suggestions to subsequent work and Suggestions to perfect the standard.
