Application Research On Titanium Composite Board In Curtain Wall Energy Saving Design

Energy saving in buildings is a global trend and a basic direction of modern building technology. Building energy consumption is directly affected by the building perimeter nursing structure of hot workers performance. Curtain wall is one of the most widely used modern building perimeter nursing structure.It not only combines wall and door together, but also masterly integrates building enclosure function and decorative function into one, which makes more modern sense and decorative artistic exhibit from the buildings. It is very meaningful to do the research on energy saving design of curtain wall for the development of energy design of building energy.In this thesis, the energy saving measures and the application of new materials of curtain wall during building energy saving design is introduced. With case study of the Ningbo China port Museum and the Ningbo China base of national protection of underwater cultural heritage, the design schemes of curtain wall are analyzed. Based on researches of the key and difficult points, the selection and application of material and the index test of curtain wall, conclusions of energy saving of curtain wall design are proposed. The main forms of the curtain wall engineering contain aluminum plate curtain wall, titanium Composite plate curtain wall, stone curtain wall, metal roofing, and glass roofs, etc. On the principle of safe, utility, energy-saving, attractive, and economic, the technical solution of the engineering, makes full use of the domestic advanced technology of curtain wall. As for different parts, diverse curtain wall systems are designed, such as titanium composite panels with standing seam metal roofing systems, waterproof titanium composite panels with aluminum plate curtain wall system, all hidden framing glass curtain wall system of the dome, open stone curtain wall systems, and other systems. Throughout the course of curtain wall design and combined with the characteristics of the structure, the Titanium composite panel roofing and curtain wall system are intensively carried out.
