The Quantitative Analysis And Verification Of Commercial Pedestrian Street In Wanda Plaza

In recent years, with the advancement of urbanization, urban context plays a significant role in urban construction. As the nation’s largest private commercial real estate developers, Wanda group has developed a series of urban context in the national construction,such as Wanda Plaza,what’s more,it lay out the coexistence of "double street" to the indoor pedestrian street and outdoor pedestrian street,which is typical in the construction of urban complex in the country.This time,we choose Zhengzhou zhongyuan Wanda Plaza and the street of commercial pedestrian as the research object, research approach is different from previous intuitive analysis, instead, we use the space syntax for quantitative analysis of its space.For the moment, space syntax has set up a relatively complete theoretical system and cooperate research Depthmap analysis software,which has been more mature to quantitative analysis the capacity of architectural space.Through the analysis of model in zhongyuan Wanda Plaza.From convex space,horizon and line of sight of these three directions, we respectively analysis the accessibility of space consumers here and there at Wanda Plaza. According to the need of the research,we mainly choose the connection degree, control degree, integration degree and depth values as the analysis of factors; Then through the field investigation and measurement,understanding the actual operation situation of the street, the main store as well as ordinary shops at Wanda Plaza,At last, through the contrast between the two results of the above analysis, combined with top interview and questionnaire to analyze the advantages and disadvantages along with analysis the reasons.In this research,not only have the results of quantitative analysis of space and the comparative study of the actual use of architectural space broaden the application scope of quantitative analysis on the construction, but also have a certain reference value for later analysis of space syntax research and architectural space.
