This paper studied the current status and development tendency of three-dimensional car parking lot, and select the elevator type three-dimensional garage as the research object, complete the following work:Comparison and analysis of the structure characteristics and operation principle of the current maintypes of stereo garage, the elevator type three-dimensional garage building structure has been improved, the main building structure using the steel structure, analyses the modeling using the MIDAS/GEN, to get the best project from the economic and safety.In order to improve the access efficiency of the elevator type three-dimensional garage, optimization of the structure of access mechanism, change the lifting mode and installation position of lifting motor, and through the calculation of drag gravity to select dragging motor, according to the different finds of loading plate, analysis of the mechanical structure and operation efficiency comparison, optimize structure of shogging mechanism for elevator ;ype three-dimensional garage, use CAD and Inventor to establish the two-dimensional and three-dimensional model for three-dimensional garage access mechanism.Use DSP instead of PLC as the control core of system, design of the software and hardware scheme of the control system, at the same time, the use of wireless transceiver technology of DSP, the information of stereo garage is :ransmitted by wireless communication mode, reduce cabling costs and failure cates.The design of the operation interface for garage management system, design ind simulation of the operation interface by Kingview 6.55, the vehicle access process visualization, real time detection and monitoring the whole process of vehicle access, the realization of user autonomous vehicle access.
