With the increase of population and the development of industrial level,the number of cars has increased steeply,and the per capita share of interspace has been decreasing.Therefore,the issue of "difficult parking" has become a significant element restricting the aggiornamento of the city.Mechanical three-dimensional parking garage alleviates this phenomenon,it uses to improve the use of parking space,to increase the consistency of parking interspac.Although the progress of three-dimensional garage science is very ripen,there is little research intervention on large-scale vehicle three-dimensional garage,and it is still in its beginning stages.Through comprehensive comparison and analysis of several common types of stereo garages,the thesis draws a set of design schemes for stereo hybrid bus garages based on roadway stacking stereo garages,and analyzes and studies the main component of the garagethe transporter.The main research work of this paper includes:First,describe the classes and features of common complete automation three-dimensional garages,concluse the merit and demerit of different classes of parking equipment,emphatically explain the roadway stacking parking equipment,and briefly describe the research status of three-dimensional garages and carriers at home and abroad.Introduce the three common carriers and summarize their respective handling characteristics;Second,put forward the design plan of the roadway stacking three-dimensional hybrid bus garage,analyze its structure and working principle,carry out design analysis on the carrier,draw up the design process and plan,and determine the internal institutions;Third,design the structure of the carrier.By comparing the size of the vehicle and combining the handling characteristics of the garage,determine the parameter information of the vehicle to be transported,the carrier board,and the structure and working principle of the carrier,and determine the design parameters of the carrier;Fourth,use UG to model the carrier,and use the finite element software ANSYS Workbench to analyze the carrier to ensure the reliability of the lateral movement process;Fifth,introduce several common parking and retrieval strategies adopted by stereo garages,and on the basis of simplifying the garage location model,mathematically model the utilization time of stackers corresponding to different parking and retrieval strategies.Related structure and argumens,under the two strategies of coiled storage and coiled access,the impact of dual/single transport of the carrier on the access efficiency is analyzed,and the relevant experimental platform is built to verify the analysis results.
