Construction Of Green Space Pattern Of Xiangtan Based On The Application Of Form Factor Analysis

Construction of green space pattern considers both natural state and functional requirements, adapting to the city development. This thesis explores the external elements and internal factors of city greening forms, the strategies and approaches of space pattern development, then applies these to the project of Xiangtan City green space system plan. The article is based on the literature review on urban morphology theory and the application of form factor analysis, aiming at solving city crisis in terms of both ecological damage and features lacking.Firstly, according to studies on the external constituent elements of urban design and the extraction of elements of green space planning theory, the paper finds the external elements of point, line, surface of the green form and summarizes the corresponding carrier of green elements.Secondly, based on studies on the factors of urban morphology and problems of green space, the factors, which affect the generation of urban green space form are divided into 3 categories: self-assembly basic factor, organized planning factor and function factor. These factors are also sub-divided into 7 classes:natural resources, human resources, traffic framework, function space arrangement, behavior requirement, ecology mechanism and landscape improvement.After that, it proposes structure strategies of green space pattern construction at the region, city and community levels, in terms of planning synergy view, achieving green land basis construction, improvements of emphasis and reasonable space arrangements. Form the basic framework of green field by land suitability assessment method; strengthen the scales and locations of some important green field based on the analysis of spatial structure; improve the space structure of green space by the inductive deductive method. Eventually, in terms of green land recreation, disaster prevention, ecological protection and landscape design, constructs the form of green space of Xiangtan, in the perspectives of point-line-area.
