This topic comes from the preject of sound insulation cotton pulsed heat sealing machine development, the project number:0747-1260127.In the production process of C919 large commercial aircraft sound insulation cotton, the original ultrasonic heat-seal equipments of Shanghai aircraft manufacturing company can not meet the heat-seal quality and process requirement of new composite refractories. In order to ensure the heat-seal strength of sound insulation cotton cladding layer, Shanghai aircraft manufacturing company ask us to develop new C919 sound insulation cotton pulsed heat-seal equipments, and the related heat-seal process parameters will be studied by the theoretical analysis and experimental research.First, this paper analyzed the control requirements and key technologies, combined with the company’s actual situation and experience, the design scheme of mechanical structure, pulsed power supply, control system and temperature monitoring system were made. Secondly, according to the classical theory of unsteady heat conduction, the mathematical model of heat transfer was deduced, and through the ANSYS thermal analysis module, the material heat-seal process was simulated, which got the range of theoretical best heat-seal temperature. Then by using uniform design method which based on the results of single factor experiment, the heat-seal experiment was optimized, the experimental efficiency was improved effectively. At last, the uniform experiment results were analyzed with SPSS, the quadratic regression model of heat-seal strength was established, the optimum parameters were obtained with Matlab, and the heat-seal strength calculation simulation and parameters optimization interface were designed by Lab VIEW, which made the heat-seal parameters and strength visualized.The effect of heat-seal field test results shows that the mathematical models of heat conduction and parameter optimization are effective, the optimal combination of heat-seal parameters can significantly improve the heat-seal quality, which provides reference to the production of sound insulation cotton and the design of similar heat-seal equipments for Shanghai aircraft manufacturing company.
