lnertial force drive mechanism uses inertial force produced by the rotation of eccentric mass to move, the research subject is the symmetrical eccentric mass reversed rotation driving structure. In the environment without external friction, we has done the dynamic analysis and simulation verification with different conditions. We also have designed and produced the experiment to prove it. The conclusion is that the device couldn’t move in the environment without external friction. In the environment with external friction, we have designed the experimental mechanism and the displacement detection equipment to build the inertial force driving device experimental platform. We have confirmed the parameters of the simulation and numerical calculation model to make the results coincided with the experiment. According to the experimental results, the driving principle of the device were discussed. According to Karnopp friction model, we use numerical calculation to optimize the parameters of the device to make its average velocity is the highest. We calculated the predicted value of the device average velocity running on the common friction surface, it has been verified by simulation.
