| In order to ensure the quality of power supply and the safety of the group itself, the steam turbine is equipped with steam turbine digital electro- hydraulic control system. Steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system consists of several functional modules, and realizes the functions of the steam turbine control system. In order to meet the relevant modules of steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system working normally, and reduce the failure occurrence of steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic, the current detection system is the on-line detection for the steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system. The purpose of the on-line detection system is that the entire steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system work is normal or not detection, and the on-line detection system can not meet the magnitude and precision of single module of each signal detection. In order to detect the every route signal of the single module, the key parameters information of steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system related modules are studied, and DEH instrument which is based on microcomputer STM32F10 X as microcontroller is designed. In order to detect single module of related modules of steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system, the DEH instrument generates signal required for each link module and detecte important signal of each link module,. It ensures security of each part of the steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control and masters accurately equipment operation states. The main works of this paper can be summarized as following aspects.(1) The signals and indexes of correlation module of turbine digital electro hydraulic control system are analyzed and summarized. By understanding the composition and working principle of the steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system, the performance parameters are summarized and the principle of Liner Variable Differential Transformer technology are analyzed. At the same time, because sine wave signal is needed in the steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic regulating system of related modules, the principle of sine wave signal is introduced.(2)The low machine of steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system instrument is designed, including the design of the hardware and software. Through the hardware circuit diagram and the software control of micro controller for each part is designed, the signal generation and signal detection is not only implemented in the paper, but also the amplitude and accuracy of each signal are realized, including the Direct Digital Synthesizer generation of sine wave signal, the generation of on-off signal, the generation of voltage analog signals, the generation of current analog signal and frequency detection, on-off signal detection, voltage signal detection and current signal detection, etc.(3)The upper monitor of steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system is designed, including the design of configuration project and humancomputer interface. The commands are sended by configuration project. The upper monitor calibrates and validates the low machine, calculates the precision of the readings, and then shows the detection value and test results in graphical userture interface.(4)The DEH instrument is tested. Through the productions of steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control system related modules from the Beijing hollysys co., LTD. are tested, the detection of DEH instrument is realized in the paper.Practice shows that, DEH instrument sends commands by PC, in order to provide the needed signal for each link module and test generated signal by each link module, then show the test results of amplitude and accuracy in graphical user interface. The DEH instrument has been applied in the actual industry. It has a certain practical and promotional value in the safty and reliable operation of the steam turbine in power plant. |
