It’s a trend to realize scene illumination by lighting with rendering. Besides,lighting by needs and energy saving operation are the demands of low carbon economy and green environmental protection.According to a series of problems existed in present lighting system, such as low efficiency,single controlling mode,poor extensibility and high energy consumption, adistributed structure consisting of monitoring center, server transponder and controller is given. The LED intelligent lighting control system which combines network communication,bus communication,constant current driver and dimming control is developed.The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1) The structure of system is designed. The study of system communication mode and network topology are given.The distributed system structure consisting of monitoring center, server, transponder and controller is presented, while the Ethernet and serial bus are chosen as the communication modes. The backbone with star topology structure and the subnet with star and total linear topological structure are built. Based on the characteristics of the system, a reliable and efficient data communication protocol is devoloped.(2) The hardware of system is designed. According to the functions and interface modes for each part of the system, SN32F707 and SN8P2511 are selected as core chips to complete the design of the hardware of server,transponder and controller.The power supply circuit of the system is based on switching power to realize wide range input voltage and high conversion efficiency. Communication interface is designed by using the differenceserial to complete signal transmission,which is isolated from system power in order to improve the communication reliability.The GL8211 is adoptedas the core to implement the circuit of BUCK constant current driver.The PWM dimming signal is generated by the pulse controller of SN8P2511 torealize the dimmingcontrol after being isolated.(3) The software of system is designed. By using the hierarchical software structure, the server completes the design of the driver layer, interface layer and application layer.According to the functional requirements of the system, the division of tasks about transponder and controller is completed.(4) The test of system is completed.The test platform of the system is built to complete the function tests and index tests. The test results show that the functions of the system can be realized,including the function of the time setting,working mode setting, holiday setting,unicast control,multicast control,radio control,switch control and ID search. The reliable communication canbe realised within 300 meters between adjacent nodes. The Driver can realize liner dimming ranging from twenty percent to hundred percent.
