| With the proposal and promotion of China’s "dual carbon" strategy,energy conservation and emission reduction have become an important goal for all walks of life.Due to the monotonous mode and lack of intelligent management,the traditional factory lighting control cannot be personalized brightness adjustment for different functional areas,resulting in large power consumption of factory lighting,which cannot meet the needs of modern factories for green energy saving and intelligent management.To this end,this paper carries out research on factory intelligent lighting control system based on IOT(Internet of Things),and uses ZigBee technology to design intelligent lighting controllers to realize personalized lighting intelligent control of different areas of the factory.Information interaction with cloud servers through Wi-Fi wireless communication technology;Design database and client to realize remote control and data query of factory lighting.In addition,according to the characteristics of the factory environment,this paper studies the routing optimization algorithm of ZigBee network to improve the reliability of network transmission.The main research contents of this paper is as follows:(1)Factory intelligent lighting control system design.This paper designs an intelligent lighting control system for factories based on IOT,which consists of two parts: intelligent lighting controller and remote management platform.This paper designs an intelligent lighting controller based on ZigBee to realize data acquisition,LED lighting control and local communication.Wi-Fi module is used to realize remote communication between the intelligent lighting controller and the remote management platform;Building a remote management platform based on Alibaba Cloud Server,designing cloud servers,databases and clients,and realizing remote intelligent control,data storage and display functions.This paper constructs a system experimental platform,which test the parameter acquisition,LED lighting control,wireless communication and remote management platform,and which analyze the energy-saving effect.The results show that the system can realize intelligent lighting control and has a significant lighting energy-saving effect.(2)ZigBee network routing algorithm optimization.This paper analyzes the operating mechanism,merit and demerit of the classical Cluster-Tree algorithm,AODVjr algorithm and ZBR algorithm.This paper proposes a ZigBee network routing optimization algorithm for the problems that traditional algorithms are prone to data packet loss,redundant RREQ packets and transmission delay.The routing optimization algorithm add weighted-based path selection method and redundant packet restriction method to the ZBR algorithm,which improves packet delivery rate,reduces redundant RREQ packets,and reduces the medial end-to-end delay.The results show that the routing optimization algorithm can effectually enhance the reliability of ZigBee network.In summary,the factory intelligent lighting control system can realize intelligent control for different functional areas and different time periods to achieve effective energy saving;The ZigBee network routing optimization algorithm is proposed this paper,which can improve the reliability of ZigBee network transmission. |
