It’s undeniable that with the development of the times, people’s demands for transport not only stay on the function of transportation, and the needs for highway’s landscape doesn’t act the beauty as the only basis, it needs more interaction between landscape and road. Thus, study on the highway landscape and safe driving are moving respectively, during the highway driving, the main reason is the fatigue driving. Under the background of that, this paper uses the highway landscape and safe driving as the research background, analyses the relationships between them, and constructs the researching model.Primarily, this paper summarizes the frequent conditions about the road-landscape and safe driving at home and abroad, proposes the lack of the study for present stations. It analyses the characteristics of the mountainous highway landscape and the dynamic scenery, and it introduces the classifications and characteristics of the road-landscape respectively, describes the traits on the basis of that, and lays the foundation for the coming study. On the part of landscape and safe, this paper mainly analyses the influence of the safe driving for road-landscape, also for the feature of drivers’ dynamic visual perception, it realizes that with the increase of the speed, drivers’ attention will be improved and the concentration will be turned back because of the emotional tension, meanwhile, drivers will ignore the details in the vision, of course, the range of the vision also reduce. However, the external landscape changes should be in a reasonable range, within the scope of it, the external stimulation of landscape allows drivers to keep a good state of mind, otherwise, it would happen to an accident because of the fatigue driving. It quantifies the changes of the mountainous highway landscape by two aspects, combines the dynamic videos with static images, and it benefits for reflecting the landscape changes and response the variations. In the objective and quantitative section, it adopts LBP、landscape layout and macro color to quantify objectively, keeps up with the absolute difference、relative magnitude of the structure and texture color to quantify the static images respectively, expert scoring is used in subjective to dynamic videos, and it extracts the scores by maximum frequency curve method. Finally, this paper applies the simple regression matching method to integrate the variations of two value characteristic 、landscape layout and expert scoring with the heart rates, those are interactive, it develops the binary regression matching with these three groups of numbers and heart rates, concluding the calculation formula. With the changes of landscape value increase, the heart rate shows a rising trend, that is if we are around the landscape, as the increase of the its changes, we would reduce the fatigue driving effectively. The ultimate portion, this paper structures the relative model by analyzing the mountainous highway landscape and safe driving, and constructs the researching system of landscape and safe driving. These hole mentality is the innovation of this paper. Undeniably, it comes out the conclusion that the variation of mountainous highway landscape appears widely, the drivers’ heart rate will rise.
